Conference organiser Sean Kingwell packed his bags and left the brights lights of Bristol in 1989 to study travel and tourism in Southwark College London.

His main reason for studying travel was based on his passion to see the world. Sean’s career has taken him to all four corners of the globe including conferences and incentive travel to New York Cape Town, Rio de Janeiro, Egypt, Canada and Mexico and not forgetting thousands of UK based events.

Sean eats, sleeps and breathes incentive travel and is always passionate talking about incentive travel ideas, which is demonstrated with his long-standing portfolio. Over the years he has made excellent contacts within the conference and corporate incentives industry making him a leading professional in his field.

Corporate and incentive travel, along with event planning are Sean’s forte.

Louise Gregory started her career as a graphic designer and quickly progressed to Director of her own successful design and marketing agency.

She had no idea she would soon be running a successful incentive travel agency. During this time her creativity and high level of customer service made her company the success that it is today. Her passion for travel and making people smile coupled with excellent project management has led her to the bright lights of the conference management and incentive travel industry.

From backpacking to executive incentive travel Louise has experienced travelling the world in many different ways giving an excellent insight into what it takes to make an incentive travel trip truly unforgettable.

Lou has a great passion for incentive travel and loves her role as the organiser. The more unusual the trip the better!
